I dig the layout of it, and the changes in the characters are well done. Your need to have more defining features for certain characters though, they start to lookto similar after a while, and I can't keep track of who is who without really having to look. I think it's mostly the hair though...

Yeah, my friend said the same thing. My characters lack the sense of individuality, and it's mostly because of the eyes, they say. Any tips to differentiate them further?
